Back Z Back of a Zebratail
Zebratails live around washes and areas where there is not enough plant growth to hinder running. They easily chase down insects, spiders and other invertebrates.

Toes Check Out Those Toes
Zebratails have long toes with fringed scales to get traction in the loose sand.
Side Blotch Side Blotched Lizard
The Side Blotched Lizard (Uta stansburiana) is the smallest and most common lizard found in the daytime. They only grow to about 4 inches, but are extremely variable in color and pattern. Side Blotches will come out during the cooler temperatures that other desert lizards find unfavorable.
